Simon Biginelli

Simon is a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the company, and looks after all commercial matters. Simon has more than 16 years of experience within the construction industry, specialising in building services in areas such as healthcare, education, offices, factories, and laboratories, as well as leisure and retail developments. With a practical and hands-on approach, Simon is customer-focused and strives for projects to be delivered on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client. Simon’s roles and responsibilities include review and advice on contractual matters, monthly valuations, cost control, sub-contract management and final accounts.

Outside of work Simon enjoys collecting and playing vinyl, as well as spending time with his family and his dog Juno.
